The Department of Communication Engineering at National Central University is recruiting faculty members.

• Position: Full-time Assistant Professor or above.
• Specialization:

1. AI for network, AI-data network, Mobile AI network, Non-terrestrial network, Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC), Quantum communication network, All-Photonics Communications and Networking, In-network Computing, Tactile and multi-modality network, Ambient IoT, Green Network, Network security and privacy, Network science technologies.

2. B5G/6G communication system design, integration and implementation, Quantum computing and communication, Digital circuit design for wireless communication systems, Coding theory, Information theory, Millimeter-wave and Terahertz communications, Satellite and space communications, AI applications in communications and signal processing, 3D imaging / Holographic communications.

3. Additionally, candidates with the ability to teach foundational theory and practical courses at the undergraduate level in our department, as well as conduct courses entirely in English, are highly desirable.

• Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. degree in communication, electronics, computer science, electrical engineering, or related fields from domestic or international institutions.
  • Proficiency in English, English certification, or proof of English teaching ability. 
  • Experience in foreign teaching positions, research institutions, or the technology industry, or visiting and exchange programs in English-speaking countries for more than six months is advantageous.
